Cornerstone Academy is a private school dedicated to the education of children from Kindergarten to Grade 6. We offer an academically challenging environment that utilizes a blend of traditional and innovative teaching techniques, such as hands-on teaching models to reinforce concepts and experiential learning through experimentation and field trips.
At Cornerstone Academy, our goal is to prepare students to excel academically and meet the challenges of a changing world. We recognize that each child is unique and structure our educational programming to meet the needs of each student. We now offer a part-time Transitional Kindergarten program for children who are not ready for Kindergarten.
Small class size and individualized instruction are central to our mission.

"Dedicated teachers and a wonderful experience for our son. He loves going to school everyday and wants to achieve more and more. The teachers know how to ease in the children after a long summer. In K he was reading at a 4th grade level and is already doing multiplication, knows time, money and place value. One of the few schools in the area that will help your child excel as far as your child is willing to go. Learning is made to be fun and that is what children need in the younger years. We have no doubt that after our son finishes 5 grade we will never have to worry about study habits or learning. The formative years are so important! A hidden gem!"

Cornerstone Academy offers a highly academic educational program. We pride ourselves in the quality of education that we offer. The Academy does not teach to the middle of the class. An important part of our educational philosophy teaches personal responsibility. We build on the self-esteem of the individual and teach our students to have a respect for themselves, others and the world around them.
Tuition: Please call for our 2012-2013 Tuition Rates. Tuition is payable annually, quarterly or on a monthly basis.
After School Care: After school care is available from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday at a rate of $5.65 per hour.
Before School Care: Before school care is available from 7:45 AM to 8:15 AM, Monday through Friday at a rate of $5.65 per hour.
